Overview

Literacy Assessor^TM from Group Learner^TM is a simple and affordable solution for the assessment and benchmarking of employees in terms of their English language and Numeracy Skills. In the UK today, it is estimated that one in six adults do not have the literacy and numeracy skills expected of an 11 year old. This is costing companies thousands of pounds in lost productivity and wastage.

Literacy Assessor^TM allows you to bring together a group of trainees (up to 100 at a time).  The group is then presented with a series of questions (covering Listening, Reading and Numeracy) via a single data projector and screen. Each individual then uses their own keypad to answer the assessment questions.  This then creates an assessment record which is stored so you can generate benchmark reports at the click of a button. You can then implement tailored training programs, targeting only those that need them.

Literacy Assessor^TM will ensure that all members of your workforce have a credible English language understanding so that they can undertake their role effectively and as a result increase their overall productivity.

Literacy Assessor^TM can be fully integrated with the other Group Learner products to create a full Compliance Food Training Platform.
